The Prieure de Saint Ceols blackcurrant liqueur is made exclusively from the "noir de bourgogne" currant variety grown only on the domain.
This is a truly natural product made traditionally unlike many of the mass produced liqueurs which use extracts, synthetic ingredients, colourants and chemicals.
It is hugely concentrated with 800grams per litre. It's intense flavour and thick rich taste will surprise you, leaving you with the sensation of eating a perfect ripe fruit as it coats your tongue in a wave of blackcurrants.
Try it as a liqueur as a digestive (over ice) or mixed with wine or champagne to make the famous cocktails Kir and Kir Royal.
