Pinot Nero and Chardonnay, more typical of a Champagne but the winemaking also follows the "Champagne Method" of second fermentation in the bottle. It has to be highlighted that this sparkling wine is not blended with
wines from other and different vintages, but it is entirely made with
the grapes coming from the current vintage.
Food Pairing Perfect as an aperitif, excellent with fish, appetisers and vegetable first courses. Fantastic with steamed lobster and fennel.
