Pierre Henri Ginglinger Gewurztraminer
A pale lemon colour with green hue, followed by passion fruit, mango, rose petals and lychee aromas. A fruit cocktail of flavours that mirror the aromas with an almost dry finish, try this with soft cheese (Munster) or Thai food. In 1610 the Ginglinger family planted their first wines in the area of Eguisheim and the 12th generation stepped up to the mark when Pierre Henri’s son Mathieu took over the running of the 15ha estate. In 2001 the entire vineyards and wines were awarded Eco Cert certification.
