A fresh straw yellow colour with a large and fresh bouquet with notes of apples. On the palate it is clean and fresh with a typical minerality.
Ideal as an aperitif and with any fish course.
The grapes are soft-pressed and the must obtained ferments for 15/20 days at a controlled temperature, 15/17 °C, in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then stored at 18/20 °C in stainless steel tanks until the bottling time.
Casa Vinicola Botter s.p.a. began in 1928, founded by Carlo Botter and today it is managed by the family’s third generation, they have spread from concentrating solely on wines from Veneto and now have wines produced from growers across Italy. A vibrant Pinot Grigio that offers much more character and class than many of the bulk produced wines from Veneto.
