Winemakers in Rioja have only recently been allowed to make bubbly.
Victor Rubio has drawn on 5 generations of winemaking expertise in his family to bring us a spectacular sparkling wine, using Champagne methods (Method Traditional).
He also wants this to be a "party starter" and so Incitador is low in alcohol (11.5%) and low in residual sugar (Brut Nature).
Only a few barrels of this very special wine have been made. Look out for the number on the bottle. This is your bottle's unique number, indicating the exclusive, small batch nature of this delicious win
