By using our website and buying wine from us you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions as set out below.
It is our policy to not sell alcohol to anyone under the age of eighteen in accordance with the law. By placing an order with us you are confirming you are over eighteen. If the wine you purchase is a gift then the recipient must also be over eighteen.
Customer Promise On Quality
If you purchase wine on our site and you are unhappy with the quality or simply do not like the taste, we will refund you for the wine that has not been opened and remains in saleable condition on its return. (See returns policy).
If your order doesn't arrive in reasonable condition you should notify us as soon as possible. Please send pictures by email or text / WhatsApp. We will work out from there how best to make it up to you.
We do our best to avoid it but there are times a wine a product may become unavailable. We will notify you of this and recommend a substitute of similar or higher quality and price at no extra cost to you.
The prices for goods displayed are inclusive of VAT and Duty at rates valid as of time of purchase. Additional charges include delivery fees only, and these prices are clearly marked on the 'Checkout' page, and advertised on the ‘Delivery’ page. All prices are quoted in Euro. We do not accept responsibility for typographical errors. Prices can change at any time without notice.
By completing and submitting the electronic order form on the site, you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract.
By making that offer to purchase goods, you are also authorising Grape and Bean and any payment processor used by the company to pre validate the Debit or Credit card presented for payment for the full value of the goods and related service charges contained in your basket.
We will confirm acceptance of your order by email. This confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide on your order details. Whether or not you receive an email, our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.
Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland is €9.99 flat rate per package per address.

If you do wish to send multiple cases to different addresses then each address will carry a separate charge, depending on the address.
Grape & Bean do not seek to make money from our delivery charges. We simply pass on the shipping costs. This allows us to maintain the best possible price for our products and so you know what you are paying for.
We ship the day of, or the day after receiving your order, no later.
Deliveries are usually made within 24 hours of shipping, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Please include a phone number with the shipping address. This helps the driver make sure your parcel is delivered to the right address in cases where nobody is home etc.
Tracking numbers will be provided in your Order Confirmation email. You can use this to track the status of the delivery.

Cancellation Of Orders, Returns & Refunds

When contacting us, please provide us with your order number, as per displayed on your order confirmation.
In the unfortunate case of goods being faulty or damaged in transit, we offer the choice of either a replacement or a full refund including any delivery charges incurred. Simply contact us by phone or email (details above) and we’ll take care of the rest!
Grape & Bean will use its reasonable skill and care in making sure that the Site is available to you on a continual basis. However, because of the number of sources from which Grape & Bean obtains the Content and because of the nature of the Internet,
