Discount Delivery and Returns

Deliveries

Irish Deliveries are usually made within 2-3 days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Please also allow a little extra time during December as this is an exceptionally busy time. There is a flat fee of €9.99 per parcel, delivered anywhere in Ireland.

Overseas delivery times vary by country. Typically one week for the UK, 10 days to Europe and 2-3 weeks for long distance destinations. Shipping rates are calculated at the checkout, based on weights and destination.

Please include a phone number for the recipient with the shipping address. This helps the driver make sure your parcel is delivered to the right address in cases where nobody is home etc.

Tracking numbers will be provided in your Order Confirmation email. You can use this to track the status of the delivery.

WHAT HAPPENS IF WE ARE OUT OF STOCK?

Occasionally, we might receive more orders than expected before we can update our stocks. If this happens, we will contact you with a recommendation for a replacement of the same or higher value, at no extra cost to you. Many a "new" favorite has been discovered this way :)
