Quinta do Paral Superior White Wine is an aromatically complex wine, where citrus notes of lime and lemon stand out, combined with the minerality transmitted by the Arinto and Vermentino grape varieties. It has good acidity that gives it a unique persistent freshness.

Quinta do Paral is located in Selmes, Vidigueira, in the heart of the Alentejo Wine Region, it's focus is on sustainability, combined with great respect for Alentejo culture and tradition. 

The excellent quality of the grapes allows the production of superior wines, which express the unmistakable character of Vidigueira. For Dieter, his true pride and joy are the old vines, which are over 50 years old.
