Bertha Reserva Brut Nature is an exquisite Cava from the Penedes Region of Catalonia, Spain. Made from a blend of Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Parellada and aged between 18-30 months.

Pale straw yellow with fine, persistent bubble that reflect its careful aging and quality. Noes of ripe apples, pears and citrus fruits.

On the palate it is well-balanced with flavors of green apple, lemon zest and stone fruits

Pairs beautifully with oysters, sushi and grilled fish.  Complements tapas, charcuterie and light canapes.  Enjoy with roast chicken or turkey dishes.  Also pairs with soft cheeses like Brie or Camembert, as well as harder cheeses like Manchego.
