Jacques Robin Topaze Champagne 100% Chardonnay is a distinguished cuvee that exemplifies sophistication.  This champagne is known for its radiant bright light reflections.

The nose is elegant and expressive with a pleasant blend of white flowers, apple blossoms and exotic white fruits, Some notes of fresh hazelnuts, Bourbon vanilla and croissants add complexity.

The palate is fresh and thirst-quenching with vine peach associated with acacia and apple.

To be enjoyed as an aperitif but also with Shellfish, Crab and Lobster.
