The Sauvignon Blanc Côtes de Gascogne displays a clear, pale yellow color with green reflections. On the nose, it exudes intense aromas of citrus fruits such as grapefruit, lime, and lemon zest, accompanied by fresh herbaceous notes and delicate white flowers. 

On the palate, this wine offers vibrant and refreshing acidity, with a light and crisp mouthfeel. The citrus flavors are confirmed, with a beautiful expression of grapefruit, lime, and gooseberry, enhanced by subtle mineral notes. 

The finish is typically clean, fruity, and persistent.sweetness. All the same it remains a dry wine at the end.
