David Fagot Saint-Véran made from the Chardonnay grape variety is a bright gold color with aromas of ripe fruits and candied citrus.
On the palate it has flavors of spice and mineral with hints of smoke and toast.
Ideal when paired with fish dishes, seafood preparations or mature cheeses such as goat's cheese or pressed cheeses

Domaine DAVID FAGOT is located in the village of Fuissé , a little west of Mâcon , in Saône-et-Loire . Three appellations – Mâcon Villages , Saint -Véran , Pouilly Fuissé and Pouilly Fuissé 1er Cru – , vineyards planted in the heart of these typical landscapes with large limestone cliffs full of history, where the Chardonnay grape variety magnificently expresses its flavors and textures, in great white wines that are both mineral and generous.
