Clos de Tafall Priorat is a distinctive red wine from Spain, celebrated for its rich flavours, complexity and depth. Grape varieties include Garnacha (Grenache), Carignan, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon.
On the nose, aromas of ripe blackberries, cherries and plums. Oak aging contributes to hints of vanilla, toast and spice.
On the palate it is full-bodied with dark fruit flavours such as blackcurrant and black cherry. Long and persistent finish with a blend of fruit, spice and earthy minerality.
Pair with Red Meat, Game, Cheeses like Manchego or Parmigiano-Reggiano. Hearty dishes like mushroom risotto, roasted vegetables or rich pasta dishes.
