Dominio De Berzal Rioja made from 100% Tempranillo, Bright red with violet tones. Fermentation at controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels. Ageing for 18 months in French oak barrels.
Aromas of black fruits such as blackberry. Sensation of spices, black pepper, sandalwood, cloves and roasted wood.
On the palate powerful, expressive with lots of fruit and roasted notes. Silky, balanced and elegant. Long finish.
Pair with cold cuts, stewed and grilled meats, game and chocolate.
