A harmony of three grape varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, with always a predominance of Merlot for a cuvée that aims to be structured and focused on the fruit.

A bold rich wine. Its tannins and smoky black fruits give it a ripe, velvet character. The wine is full of berry flavors.

Our vintages
We raise our wine according to the tradition passed down by our elders without giving in to the sirens of commerce.
We are proud of our wine, it is the result of an alchemy between our vines and the people that we are.

The Domain
Château Piron, dates from the 13th century, the estate extends over 16 hectares with the majority dedicated to the cultivation of vines, planted on clay soil, with a limestone base within the area of ​​the Montagne Saint Emilion Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée. 

We are fortunate to have land bordering the hillsides of Saint Emilion producing some rather exceptional wines for those who like full-bodied and heady aromas.

We have respect for the terroir that gives the wine its taste. No standardized product, no complacency to a fashion, we prefer to use the nature of our privileged terroir to make an authentic wine that does not resemble all wines and that has its personality.

We work the soil every other row, which reduces our yield but guarantees more environmentally responsible growth.
