Dezzani Barolo is a superb Piedmont wine aged for three years in cask and partly in barrique.
The color is typically red garnet. The aromas are complex and elegant ranging from ripe red fruit and spices until “toasty and tar”. The flavor is gentle tannic, full and velvety.
Pair with roasts, game and hard cheeses but can also be a great sipping wine after dinner.
