Elevate your next celebration with our favourite that perfectly balances Italian heritage and modern elegance. The Bonadea Prosecco DOC Millesimato Extra Dry is a beautifully refined bubbly that brings the vibrant energy of the Veneto region straight to your glass.
What does Millesimato mean? > It indicates that this is a vintage Prosecco, crafted exclusively from grapes harvested within a single, exceptional year, rather than a blend of multiple years. It’s a mark of premium quality and a true snapshot of the season's best characteristics.
An award-winning expression, this Prosecco is crafted for those who appreciate premium quality without the pretentious price tag, making it the ultimate crowd-pleaser for weekend gatherings or quiet nights in.

How the wine is made
This premium Millesimato Prosecco is crafted exclusively from 100% Glera grapes harvested during a single vintage year from estate-controlled vineyards in Veneto. Adhering to rigorous DOC standards to ensure exceptional quality control, the winemakers employ a gentle soft-pressing technique to extract only the finest free-run must. Fermentation takes place under precise temperature controls to protect the grape's natural aromatics, followed by a meticulous secondary fermentation that coaxes out the wine's trademark fine perlage and signature Extra Dry profile.
Why we love this producer
BonaDea is a passionate project born from a family legacy with deep-rooted history in the Veneto region. For over a hundred years, the family dedicated themselves to growing and cultivating the finest grapes for other winemakers, before finally taking the leap to craft and bottle their own estate-driven creations in 2015. This transition bridges the gap between generational wisdom and modern artisan winemaking. Their philosophy is simple yet profound: maintaining total control over the value chain to deliver authentic, premium wines that speak honestly of their heritage.
Sustainability & Farming Practices
