Red wine with a medium body, limpid, with an intense ruby red hue. Fruity and well structured, with hints of red summer fruit, cassis and sage. Perfectly integrated sweet tannin. Long, silky, fruity and persistent finish.
We recommend a service temperature of 16-18°C.
70% Monastrell and 30% Tempranillo from 25 to 35 year old vines, cultivated at 750-850 metres above sea level. Organic farming, soil poor in nutrients and rich in limestone. Little rainfall.
The Tempranillo grapes are harvested at the beginning of September, and the Monastrell grapes at the end of October. Separate maceration of both varieties for 3-4 weeks at 27-28 °C to give the product its particular characteristics.
