The house's flagship non-vintage Champagne is known for its remarkable consistency and full-bodied character.

Aging: Aged for more than twice the time required by the appellation, which enhances its complexity and refined flavor.
Established in 1829, Champagne Bollinger is a family-owned Champagne house known for its rich, full-bodied, and pinot noir-dominant style. A favorite of James Bond, Bollinger is distinguished by its meticulous, traditional winemaking practices, including extensive use of reserve magnums and partial oak-barrel fermentation.

Irish Deliveries are usually made within 24 hours of shipping, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
