In the glass, the wine made from the classic white Bordeaux grapes Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon appears in a medium straw yellow with slight green reflections. The fruity nose impresses with a clear elderberry fruit underpinned by delicate peppers and freshly cut grass.
The elderberry fruit continues on the palate, supported by a creaminess and pleasant drinking flow. The acidity supports the wine without appearing overpowering and shows a freshness of citrus. The medium finish is very balanced and immediately makes you want a second sip.
90% Sauvignon Blanc, 10% Semillon.
