Pikes Riesling is a delightfully refreshing and balanced white wine. Hailing from the Clare Valley in South Australia, this vintage has a pale straw color and a fragrant bouquet of lime, lemon, and orange blossom. On the palate, it boasts citrusy flavors alongside a crisp acidity, subtly balanced with just a hint of sweetness.
Pikes Riesling is best enjoyed when chilled and pairs perfectly with seafood, spicy Asian dishes, and light Mediterranean fare.
