Bertha Reserva Brut Nature is an exquisite Cava from the Penedes Region of Catalonia, Spain. Made from a blend of Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Parellada and aged between 18-30 months.
Pale straw yellow with fine, persistent bubble that reflect its careful aging and quality. Noes of ripe apples, pears and citrus fruits.
On the palate it is well-balanced with flavors of green apple, lemon zest and stone fruits
