A great white wine of the Piedmontese tradition, our Gavi Docg is obtained trhough the careful vinification of Cortese grapes, which come from the vineyards located in Alessandria province.
The color is straw yellow with greenish highlights, its scent is delicate with hints of peach and almond, as well as notes of fruit, blossoms and just cut hay. The taste is fresh, mineral, light with a sapid final.
