Following a meticulous hand-harvesting process to select only the finest fruit, the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle according to the traditional method (méthode traditionnelle). Kept as a "Nature" or zero-dosage style, absolutely no extra sugar is added before final corking, allowing the pure, crisp varietal characteristics and natural acidity of the grape to shine completely unadulterated.
