Ellevin Chablis is 100% Chardonnay, pale yellow color with white gold highlights. Fresh but quite discreet nose, in the essentially floral register. A wine with lightness and delicacy, dominated on the palate by the liveliness of citrus. Finale of great finesse and nice texture, balanced and fruity. Nice persistence.
Domaine Bertrand Beaujolais Fleurie - 100% Gamay Noir, grown organically. A wine of finesse, smoothness of tannins and aromas of red fruits and flowers like violet.
A delicate wine, best consumed between 13 and 15°C (not too warm / not too cold).
Carefully packed together in an attractive presentation box.
