Ruby colour with violet hints. Aromas of red fruits with jam and balsamic hints, notes of toast, vanilla and chocolate. Well structured and dense at the same is elegant and persistent.
Winemaking:
Manual harvest following great maturation points where the plots are carefully selected. Skin maceration and alcoholic fermentation with temperature control in inox vats. Post-fermentative maceration followed by malolactic fermentation. Minimum stage of 3 years before bottling.
