Elegant and intense aromas of ripe and roasted red fruits on a balsamic background.
Structured, tasty and powerful with fine, smooth and balanced tannins, with an elegant finish.
Manually harvested from Pascual family vineyards at an altitude of over 800 meters, planted with sandy-clay soils over 25 years old.
Cold maceration. It remains in barrels for 12 months.
