Made from rare, bittersweet apples grown mainly in the historic 200-year-old orchards on the south-facing slopes of County Cork.
The apples are naturally frozen in the cold winter temperatures, concentrating their rich, intense flavours and sweetness. The resulting must is then slowly fermented for over a year, creating a beautifully luscious dessert wine with a rich yet perfectly balanced finish.
A unique taste of Ireland and a wonderful choice for enjoying on its own or pairing with desserts and cheese.

We ship the day of, or the day after receiving your order, no later.
Irish Deliveries are usually made within 24 hours of shipping, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Please include a phone number with the shipping address. This helps the driver make sure your parcel is delivered to the right address in cases where nobody is home etc.
Tracking numbers will be provided in your Order Confirmation email. You can use this to track the status of the delivery.
