Zinfandel is California's quintessential red grape and is best at producing ripe, full-flavoured dry wines. The “Ultimate Zin” is produced by one of the region's leading winegrowers.
A ripe but serious red with the juicy fruit and hint of pepper typical of the zinfandel grape, with enough structure to last a few years in bottle. Dramatically rich blackcherry aromas lead in to sweet plum flavours.
