Montenero Primitivo is a rich, full-bodied red wine from the Puglia region of Southern Italy. Produced by the family-owned winery Vins Biecher, it is noted for its deep red colour and approachable, velvety texture.
- Aroma: Powerful notes of black cherry, blackberry, and blueberry, complemented by hints of plum, anise, cinnamon, and vanilla.
- Palate: Generous and soft on the tongue with rich flavors of dark chocolate, liquorice, and toasted oak.
- Structure: It typically has an alcohol content of approximately 13.5% and features velvety tannins with a long, linear finish.
