A blend of Syrah and Perricone cultivated on the hills of Salemi, an ancient medieval village surrounded by vineyards, centuries-old olive groves and archaelogical treasures that will tell you stories of ancient cultures and people.
Intense ruby red color with slightly purple edges. The nose is captivated by the aromas of red fruits, cherries, blueberries, sweetened by the contribution given by the tannins of the wood which gave rise to the aroma of chocolate and tobacco. In the mouth it is round with ripe tannins and a persistent finish.
Perfect companion for grilled meats, hearty pasta, or aged cheeses. Enjoy the essence of Sicilian winemaking with every sip of Salemi Rosso.
