Quinta do Paral Superior Red Wine made from Shiraz/Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Alicante Bouschet, Touriga Nacional. It has aromas of ripe wild berries and black and purple plums, integrated with the notes of the barrel in which it aged, in a blend of complexity and subtlety.
Tannins are round, integrated, and well-structured with an elegant, fresh, long-lasting finish.

The excellent quality of the grapes allows the production of superior wines, which express the unmistakable character of Vidigueira. For Dieter, his true pride and joy are the old vines, which are over 50 years old.
