Velouitinos Organic Green Olives are naturally fermented, flavoursome and nutritious. Depending on the variety the olives are cured in brine or salt for six months. This period allows for the olives to lose their bitterness and develop their own character. The stone is kept in to preserve and flavour the fruit.
The company was formed in 2001 when the love for nature, ecology and a healthier lifestyle, took shape in the northern Aegean island, the evergreen Thassos.
Since then, the cultivation of Thassos olive (Olea europea var. Thassos Throuba), is made exclusively with organic farming standards without chemical fertilizers and pesticides.

We ship the day of, or the day after receiving your order, no later.
Irish Deliveries are usually made within 24 hours of shipping, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Please include a phone number with the shipping address. This helps the driver make sure your parcel is delivered to the right address in cases where nobody is home etc.
Tracking numbers will be provided in your Order Confirmation email. You can use this to track the status of the delivery.
