Chateau Claouset Bordeaux 100% Merlot, Organic.
A supple wine with a complex nose featuring notes of jammy red and black fruits and caramel.
The palate is full-bodied, with well-balanced, rounded tannins and a sweet, fruity finish.
This enjoyable wine is suitable for all types of consumption
Classic vinification
Alcoholic fermentation for 10 days at 25°C. Post-fermentation maceration for 1 week. Aging in vats for 12 months.
About Vignoble Siozard:
The Siozard family, established since the mid-19th century on the banks of the Dordogne facing the prestigious Saint-Émilion vineyard, cultivates around sixty hectares of vines in the Bordeaux, Graves, Sauternes and Barsac appellations. Representing the 6th generation, twin brothers Laurent and David share their passion for wine with their customers around the world.
