Fruity nose, aromatic and intense with notes of candied lemon, kumquat, quince,
green peach, verbena and honey. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well-built and
offers a good juicy frame, a fine minerality with notes of kumquat, candied
mandarin, compoted peach, quenette, lychee, beewax and almond.
From manual harvest with several handpicking to select only perfectly botrytised
grapes, musts obtained by direct pressing are cleaned out and vinified at low
temperature. Ageing 12 months in new French oak barrels.
About Vignoble Siozard:
The Siozard family, established since the mid-19th century on the banks of the Dordogne facing the prestigious Saint-Émilion vineyard, cultivates around sixty hectares of vines in the Bordeaux, Graves, Sauternes and Barsac appellations. Representing the 6th generation, twin brothers Laurent and David share their passion for wine with their customers around the world.
