The nose reveals citrus and exotic fruits, with lovely tangy notes and white flowers. A lively texture with a long, fresh finish. A thirst-quenching, indulgent, and pleasant profile.

PREPARATION: Low-temperature dealcoholization under vacuum, low energy consumption, in order to preserve the brightness and crispness of the fruit.
