It presents the classic aromas of a young and fresh Vintage, with intense notes of ripe berries, very aromatic and dense. It finishes with great freshness, elegance, and intensity. Perfect to be consumed young, but well-structured enough to cellar for many years. It should be served with care as this is a natural wine subject to deposits.
Winemaking
After carefully selecting the vineyards, the grapes are harvested manually, ensuring optimal ripeness. The grapes are then hand-selected and sent to small foot-trodden presses where they are vinified in the traditional manner.
