Tasting Notes
Appearance: Deep, intense ruby red with brilliant purple reflections.
Nose: An alluring bouquet bursting with ripe dark fruits—blackberries and wild blueberries—interwoven with complex notes of black pepper, licorice, roasted coffee, and a classic hint of Mediterranean garrigue (wild herbs).
Palate: Rich, full-bodied, and remarkably structured. The velvety tannins are beautifully balanced by a vibrant freshness, leading into a long, luxurious finish marked by spicy oak and dark chocolate.
