Domaine de Vigier produces the PGI Coteaux de l'Ardèche "Ma Syrah", a red wine made from 100% Syrah. The grapes are harvested by hand and sorted on the vine and on the table. Vinification is carried out with whole bunches without yeast. After pre-fermentative maceration and controlled alcoholic fermentation, the wine is aged in concrete vats for 6 months.

The result is a deep red wine, with a powerful aroma of black fruits and spices, and a full, fleshy mouthfeel with silky tannins.

It will pair perfectly with red meat dishes, sauces, cheeses or dark chocolate desserts. Serve between 16°C and 18°C.

HISTORY
"Created in 1789, it is the oldest estate in the southern Ardèche. It was in 1975 that the beautiful  Domaine de Vigier began, with the installation of Jacqueline and Francis on 40 hectares vines, in Lagorce ... "
