"Ma Bonne Etoile" by Jacques Robin is a refined Champagne that embodies elegance and tradition. This sparkling wine is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The name which translates to "My Lucky Star" reflects the wine's sparkling brilliance and delicate balance.
On the palate, expect a lively effervescence with notes of crisp apple, pear and citrus underpinned by a subtle toastiness.
The finish is clean and refreshing making it an ideal pairing with Crustaceans and shellfish, Pork, Fatty fish and Soft cheese.
