A fresh, light citrus bouquet with notes of apple and white peach. On the palate it has a lovely refreshing first taste and a follow through of flavour that reconfirms its characteristic aromas.
The vintage Rosè Prosecco DOC is excellent as an aperitif, thanks to the inclusion of Pinot Noir grapes along with the Glera (prosecco grape).
DOC Millesimato guarantees that the grapes come from a single estate in the high quality designated vineyard, farmed to the highest standards.
Extra Dry means low residual sugar levels but still a hint of sweetness to satisfy all palates and tastes.
The Winemakers chose a name that is close to their hearts - BonaDea.
The name means "Great Mother Earth". Every year, thanks to her generosity, our fruit harvest is abundant and of excellent quality.
Great with light cold dishes, raw ham, risottos, fish main courses, white and grilled meats. Exceptional with fish crudités and sushi. Recommended with pizza.
